Services we Offer
Community Outreach
We provide essential support to people experiencing homelessness, those living in social housing, and anyone else in the community needing a hand up. Our team delivers meals, food hampers, clothing, hygiene packs, and a listening ear — bringing connection, care, and consistency to those who need it most.

Outreach Check-Ins
We regularly check in with individuals and families in the community to build trust, listen to their needs, and offer support or referrals. These simple conversations help reduce isolation and show people they’re not alone.

Advocacy & Referrals
We assist people in navigating systems like Centrelink, housing, health services, and addiction recovery. We advocate on their behalf and link them with the services they need to move forward.

Practical Help
We offer real, hands-on support such as filling out forms, making important phone calls, and organising transport to appointments when possible. We’re here to help with the everyday things that can feel overwhelming.

Peer Mentoring & Lived Experience Support
Our volunteers with lived experience in addiction and mental health offer non-judgmental mentoring, guidance, and encouragement for those facing similar challenges.

Emergency Support Packs
We provide dignity bags filled with hygiene products, sanitary items, blankets, and other essentials for people experiencing homelessness or crisis.
Drop-In Centre (Launching Soon)
We’re preparing to open a welcoming drop-in centre in Deception Bay — a safe place where people can access a hot meal, support, clothing, and connection. The centre will also host guest speakers with lived experience and service providers sharing valuable resources and encouragement.

Detox & Recovery (In Planning)
We are working toward opening a 4–10 bed detox and recovery centre in the Moreton Bay region — a much-needed service to provide a safe place for people beginning their recovery journey with proper care and support
