Rozz was born and raised in Redcliffe and knows firsthand what it is like to face addiction mental health struggles and feel completely lost. After walking that journey and rising above it she founded On the Way Moreton Bay Inc. to create the kind of safe space she once needed a place where people are truly seen heard and supported.

With over 20 years of lived experience and a professional background in aged care  disability and mental health Rozz leads with compassion authenticity and an unwavering belief that everyone deserves dignity hope and a second chance.

She is the heart behind our expanding outreach programs community meal initiatives peer support groups coming soon and the long term vision to open a 4 to 10 bed detox and recovery centre in the Moreton Bay region a vital service that is desperately needed
